Lehman Daman Construction Services, Inc. began in 1946 and now employs over 50 people and is part of the Rudolph Libbe Group. Lehman Daman is composed of two main divisions, large projects and service. The large projects group handles what many would typically think of as commercial construction projects. The service division will fix problems as small as a broken door hinge all the way up to small, multi-trade and permit-required projects.

Our Commercial Construction Estimator will be responsible for estimating projects of various sizes and types within the industrial, office, education, and healthcare industries. Project sizes range from $10,000 up to $20 million. This person will largely support the design/build manager by providing estimates for schematic, design development and permit level drawings.

• Provide accurate budgets for projects in the conceptual, schematic, design development and construction documents level of a project design.
• Provide hard bid, competitive estimating for plan and spec projects.
• Assist service department with estimates on smaller projects with line-item budgets.
• Provide value engineering analysis.
• Be able to handle multiple estimates at one time.
• Present estimates and budgets to customers, providing backup documentation as needed.
• Work with designers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal associates as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in a construction related field.
