Kingsway Services is looking for an experienced asphalt professional to operate a variety of heavy asphalt paving equipment and contribute to high-quality construction projects. The position requires working in diverse construction environments and collaborating with a team, clients, contractors, and the general public. This is not a desk job; you will be working outdoors, possibly long hours, facing new challenges daily, and doing whatever it takes to deliver a quality product to our customers.

  Qualifications:
  
  Use your skills and wits to navigate diverse construction environments and see projects through to successful completion.

• 3-5 years of experience operating asphalt paving equipment (paver, skid steer, roller).
• A team player with great communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Someone who's not afraid of hard work, long days, and loud noises.
• Strong desire to learn and grow in the asphalt paving industry.
• Unwavering commitment to top-quality standards and performance.

• Competitive Pay:
  We offer a great hourly wage of $25.00-$30.00.
