• Ensure strict adherence to GEM Inc safety practices and procedures
• Assist with project planning and implementation
• Support procurement of labor, materials, and equipment
• Maintain document control including submittals, method statements, safety reports, and drawing logs
• Develop and update meeting minutes
• Coordinate subcontractor activities
• Contribute to estimating efforts
• Assist with contract administration and cost control
• Support sales efforts and customer satisfaction initiatives
• Travel to job sites as required by project managers and superintendents

• Willingness to travel as needed to support project execution
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general technology tools
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and respond quickly to requests from customers, superintendents, and construction partners
• Working knowledge of construction blueprints and specifications (preferred)
• Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally
• Adaptability to meet the unique requirements of diverse job sites and project scopes

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or similar preferred
• Experience in the construction industry preferred
