Wir suchen:
Eine/n motivierte/n Junior-Projektleiter/in, der/die unser Team in der Planung und Umsetzung spannender Bau- und Architekturprojekte unterstützt. Etwas Bauerfahrung und gute Deutschkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung, um bei uns erfolgreich durchzustarten!
Ihre Aufgaben:- Unterstützung bei der Planung und Koordination von Projekten
- Bauüberwachung und Bauleitung
- Kommunikation mit internen und externen Projektbeteiligten
- Überwachung von Qualität, Zeit und Kosten
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Baustellerefahrung
- Erfahrungen in der Projektleitung oder Interesse, sich in diese Rolle einzuarbeiten
- Organisations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit Deutsche Sprache mid. B2
- Spannende Projekte in einem dynamischen Team
- Möglichkeiten zur Weiterbildung und Weiterentwicklung

Cerchiamo:Un/a junior project manager motivato/a che supporti il nostro team nella pianificazione e nella realizzazione di interessanti progetti edilizi e architettonici nell'ambito del Retail. Per iniziare con successo la tua carriera nella nostra azienda sono richiesti una certa esperienza nel settore edile e una buona conoscenza della lingua tedesca!
I tuoi compiti:- Supporto nella pianificazione e nel coordinamento dei progetti
- Supervisione e direzione dei lavori
- Comunicazione con i partecipanti interni ed esterni al progetto
- Controllo della qualità, dei tempi e dei costi
- Laurea in architettura, ingegneria civile o qualifica equivalente
- Esperienza in cantiere
- Esperienza nella gestione di progetti Retail o interesse a familiarizzarsi con questo ruolo
- Capacità organizzative e di lavoro in team
- Buone capacità comunicative in lingua tedesca livello B2
- Progetti entusiasmanti in un team dinamico
- Opportunità di formazione e sviluppo professionale
