As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of earthwork projects from inception to completion. You will ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Your role will involve coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to achieve project goals.

• Lead and manage earthwork, stabilization, and stormwater-related projects, including excavation, grading, stabilization, and site development.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders.
• Mentor and support junior project managers and team members.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management
• Minimum 10 years' experience in project management in the construction industry with a focus on self-performed trade work.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale earthwork trade contracts.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, soils, stabilization materials, and equipment.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Technical writing skills applied to proposals and project administration
