Concrete Laborer

All Ways Construction is looking for reliable, hard working individuals to fill openings on our concrete and asphalt crews.

• Break up and remove existing surfacing before paving.
• Manual labor such as digging, leveling and spreading dirt, gravel or earth and other construction materials by using hand tools.
• Spread, level and smooth concrete using rake.
• Ability to operate motorized equipment (skid steer, excavator, concrete buggy)
• Maintain a clean job site
• Conduct documented pre-shift inspections of equipment for safety and mechanical defects.
• Take actions to avoid potential hazards or obstructions, such as utility lines, other equipment, other workers, or falling objects.
• Perform additional duties as required or directed by their immediate supervisor or other manager.

• High school diploma or equivalent and one (1) - two (2) years of recent construction experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Candidate must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to read a tape measure
• Have good grade perception
• Ability to work in a number of diverse locations is pertinent, as work locations may change daily.
• Punctuality, consistent attendance and self-direction for the success of the operations.
