Excavating company specializing in site development projects in Northwest Ohio and West Central Ohio is looking for a Project Manager/Estimator who is seeking a long –term opportunity allowing someone to showcase their ability in leadership skills.

Project focus areas include commercial, large retail, schools, parks, distribution centers, subdivisions and in and around factories for sitework and demolition.

The Project Manager/Estimator will estimate and manage sitework projects. Looking for a self-starter who is motivated, organized and punctual, with the ability to work independently, be a team player, and understand the importance of working with others.

Seeking someone with experience communicating with people at all levels of the company and knowledge of all aspects of estimating and project management, including cost analysis, time management and quality control.

Responsibilities include:

Attending pre-bid meetings, knowing plans and specifications, jobsite visits, preparing accurate estimates for dirt work, earthwork, clearing, cut and fill, concrete demolition, storm pipe and structures, wastewater pipe, manholes, waterline and fittings, and manage project schedule, change orders and billing. xrlwcon

· Salary $85,000 per year and up depending on experience plus bonus
