Location: Mount Orab
Experienced Deck Builder needed for temp-to-hire work. We need someone motivated who can work quickly and efficiently with the only training needed being specific to the style the company builds. We cannot use anyone who does not have fairly extensive experience building decks (or possibly stages). Unfortunately, we don't have time for people who haven't built decks but are "quick learners".
This temp-to-hire position has room for significant pay raises if the candidate is capable of running their own crew after some vetting.
