EPC Construction Manager : solar​/BESS

Opportunity to join a global leading solar & BESS developer company as Construction Manager, or Project Manager.

Remote working and visit side while necessary, support projects are based in either Berlin or Munich.

We are hiring 2-3 EPC Construction managers, and 3 Project Managers in Germany.

• Be fully responsible for on-site construction management, technical support and other related work.
• Review construction drawings, conduct thorough drawing disclosures, and ensure on-site construction is carried out in accordance with the drawings.
• Control construction progress, quality, safety and civilized construction.
• Organize and coordinate the input and matching of on-site resources such as personnel, materials and machinery.
• Cooperate with on-site support work such as equipment arrival, installation and commissioning.
• Compile and submit construction logs and other relevant reports and documents.
• Undertake other tasks assigned by the management team.

• Bachelor's degree or above;
• Relevant majors such as Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Energy Management, and Engineering Management;
• 3 years experience in construction projects and at least 4 of them in solar projects as Site;
• At least 8 years experience in construction projects, including more than 3 years in solar & BESS projects;
• Have good on-site management and control capabilities; possess organizational and coordination capabilities and the ability to solve on-site problems;
• Strong pressure resistance and adapt to working at project sites.
• Fluent in German and English
