Lehman Daman Construction Services, Inc. began in 1946 and now employs over 50 people and is part of the Rudolph Libbe Group. Lehman Daman is comprised of two main divisions, large projects, and service. The large projects group handles what many would typically think of as commercial construction projects. The service division will fix problems as small as a broken door hinge all the way up to small, multi-trade and permit-required projects.

Lehman Daman is seeking an experienced general trades laborer to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for general maintenance assistance to Superintendents across multiple projects per request. This position requires quality workmanship, attention to detail and reliability.

• Perform multiple tasks involving physical labor at construction project sites.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools of all types.
• May clean and prepare sites, clean up rubble and debris, and remove materials.
• May assist other craft workers.
• Ability to perform all tasks within Lehman Daman’s safety program.
• Aid Superintendents upon request across multiple projects to include item purchase and pick-up.

• OSHA 10 or 30 certified, or the ability to attend certification classes.
• Knowledge of basic technology (Email, Mobile Phones and Digital Photos)
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and onsite customers.
• Basic knowledge of general construction.
• Have a proactive and positive attitude.
• Attention to detail and construction safety requirements.
