We see ourselves as a small, sustainable family business and have grown significantly in recent years. Our customers include industry and commerce or public clients who have special requirements for their construction. Sales have risen sharply and the number of employees has multiplied within just a few years. We now have around 80 employees. Now we want to structure, optimize and consolidate ourselves.

The HAHN BAU GROUP, which bundles central services for customers and employees under one roof, makes an important contribution to this. In this context, purchasing is also being restructured strategically, in terms of personnel and organization. We are looking for support for this.### Your personality

You are working as a foreman for our craft business. With your positive, appreciative manner, you coordinate the activities of our executing employees on construction sites. You work closely with our construction management, polish the various trades, ensure that the execution meets our quality standards and that the time targets are met. You enjoy working in a team, getting involved and always setting a good example for our teams.

You will independently find suggestions for solutions, even if things turn out differently than initially planned. Your communicative style leads to close cooperation with your construction management in order to process the further procedure in accordance with performance and procurement.### An overview of your tasks
1. Construction management support
2. Review of construction drawings
3. Carrying out measurements and measurements
4. Adherence to schedules
5. Orders for materials and machines in coordination with warehousing & logistics
6. Organization of incoming materials at the construction site
7. Deployment planning for personnel and construction equipment
8. Management and guidance of a group of own and/or external personnel and communication with all parties involved in close coordination with construction management
9. Initiating and monitoring occupational safety and health protection measures
10. Quality control (also with regard to the sustainability and organization of construction sites)11. Construction site documentation, e.g. through support and/or independent maintenance of the (digital) construction diary
12. Completion of construction sites by organising the removal of remaining building materials and machinery

With your instinct for younger people, you can motivate them well together with Hansi, our training coordinator, even in difficult phases.

It would be perfect if, with your interest and fun in social media activities, you would help us to give us interesting insights into our construction sites and work in the craft sector.### Your qualifications
* Training as a mason, painter, plasterer, building specialist, etc. with a subsequent master's examination or a specialization as a construction technician, etc.
* At least 5 years of professional experience
* Driving license class B, forklift license, truck (including modules) desirable
* Safety Requirements:
First Aid Course
* Profound knowledge of building materials and equipment
* A high degree of self-organization as well as an independent, structured and binding way of working
