Schnippel Construction Inc. is a family-owned General Contractor serving west central Ohio since 1953. We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent.

• Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in critical path to ensure timely completion.
• Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed.
• Communicate with project team regarding ASIs, RFIs, and material submittals.
• Ensure that subcontractors fully execute and comply with their contracted scope of work.
• Lead by working side‑by‑side with the team to accomplish critical tasks.
• Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions.
• Identify subcontractor non‑compliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standards.
• Identify construction progress conflicts and communicate them to the project team for resolution.
• Maintain a daily written log of activities on the jobsite.
• Ensure subcontractors correct all deficiencies identified by the project team.
• Preside over weekly subcontractor meetings to coordinate work.
• Issue notices of non‑compliance to subcontractors regarding quality of work or scheduling.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site at all times.
• Perform job progress and completion punch‑list identification and completion.

• 3+ years of managing projects over $3 million in budget.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction regulations, safety, and quality standards.
