Business Development Director; Learning Services

We’re seeking an experienced Business Development Director to lead commercial growth across the EMEA region. In this strategic role, you’ll build senior‑level client relationships, expand our Talent & Learning Solutions portfolio, and drive new revenue opportunities across diverse markets.

• Grow a strong regional network with Chief Learning & Talent Executives.
• Build and manage a new business pipeline in partnership with the European Senior Director of Talent & Learning Solutions, sales teams, marketing, and regional operations.
• Achieve agreed sales and revenue targets.
• Lead business development initiatives to secure new clients and grow existing accounts.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across business units and regions.
• Execute sales strategies and support sales/marketing campaigns.
• Develop, write, and refine persuasive sales proposals.
• Deliver impactful client pitches and presentations.
• Translate client needs into effective, tailored learning solutions.
• Stay informed on market and competitor trends to guide decision‑making.

• Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience.
• Minimum 3 years in business development.
• Direct experience in Talent & Learning Solutions and learning service delivery.
• Advanced communication, networking, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluency in English (additional European languages a plus).
• Willingness to travel across the EMEA region.
• A valid driver’s licence.
• (Desirable) Degree or professional qualification, experience with Managed Learning Services, and 5+ years in sales/business development.
