Supply Chain Analyst

Essential Functions

This is a onsite position in Seville, OH. This is not a remote position.

• Place purchase orders aligned with forecast and production schedules
• Monitor supplier performance, resolve delivery, quality, and invoice discrepancies
• Expedite or defer orders based on demand changes

• Analyze inventory levels, lead times, and demand variability
• Establish and maintain safety stock, MOQ, and planning parameters
• Support BOM changes, obsolescence, and new product introductions

• Maintain accurate PO, item master, and planning data in MRP/ERP
• Manage item setups and corrections

• Collaborate with Operations to support and maintain the production schedule, ensuring material availability and minimal disruption
• Communicate material status to Operations and internal stakeholders
• Recommend alternative supply solutions when constraints arise

• Ad hoc projects as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Supply Chain, or related discipline
• 5 years of experience in a similar role

• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis to support inventory and demand planning
• Analytical with a methodical approach to problem solving
• Strong sense of urgency & attention to detail
• Ability to pivot quickly and update related details
• Ability to self‑direct and take constructive action in ambiguous situations
