• Collaborate with the Business Process Leader to design and standardize workflows across the organization
• Define requirements and implement best‑in‑class business processes and data standards
• Document and maintain procedures and business process artifacts for training and reference
• Utilize agency management systems and reporting tools to create new processes
• Lead training efforts and create client deliverables

• 3+ years of experience in personal lines high net worth insurance
• Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
• 3+ years of experience in a client‑facing servicing and/or business process role
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without sponsorship

• Experience with client relationship management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce
• Experience creating and maintaining procedure documentation
