Aufgaben :
* Durchführung von Montagen, Wartungen und Reparaturen an Sanitärprodukten (Armaturen, Duschsysteme, Spülsysteme, WC-Anlagen etc.)
* Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung vor Ort beim Kunden
* Kundenberatung zu Bedienung, Pflege und Instandhaltung unserer Produkte
* Dokumentation der Serviceeinsätze sowie enge Abstimmung mit dem Vertriebsinnendienst Dein Profil:
* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Klimatechnik (SHK), Mechatronik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
* Erste Berufserfahrung im Kundendienst oder technischen Außendienst von Vorteil
* Technisches Verständnis, Serviceorientierung sowie ein freundliches Auftreten
* Führerschein Klasse B#
