Are you a proactive and results-driven finance professional looking to make a real impact? We are searching for a Business Controller to join our team and contribute to the financial success of a company dedicated to improving health and well‑being.

• Financial reporting & forecasting:
  Monthly management reporting, forecasting, and annual planning.
• Performance analysis & improvement:
  Develop KPIs, reporting tools, and participate in business optimization projects.
• Business case calculations & follow‑up:
  Drive financial efficiency across the organization.
• Collaboration & stakeholder engagement:
  Work closely with key stakeholders to enhance financial processes and decision‑making.

• Proactive, analytical, and hands‑on attitude with strong prioritization and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Finnish;
  Swedish is an asset.

• This is a permanent and full‑time position.
