Your Role as a Strategic Partner

  • Transaction Leadership: Lead sell-side and buy-side mandates including valuation, strategic positioning, and due diligence.
  • Business Origination: Leverage your existing network and community to source high-value digital assets (SaaS, Ecommerce, Apps, and Content sites).
  • Client Advisory: Act as the primary advisor for founders, helping them navigate exit strategies and maximize their valuation on the Flippa platform.
  • Ecosystem Integration: Utilize Flippa’s internal legal, marketing, and payment (Escrow) frameworks to ensure seamless deal closures.

Who You Are (Qualification Criteria)

To maintain the highest standards of representation, candidates must meet at least one of the following criteria:

  • Ex-Founder / Entrepreneur: You’ve built, scaled, and ideally exited your own company. You speak the founder’s language.
  • Digital Business Expert: You possess an extraordinary understanding of digital business models (SaaS metrics, LTV/CAC, Amazon FBA, or AdTech).
  • Experienced M&A Professional: You have a track record in business brokerage or investment banking.

The X-Factor: You can demonstrate active access to a community of founders, investors, or business owners.

Compensation & Structure

This is an Independent Contractor (Commission-Only) position. There is no base salary, offering an uncapped earning potential for those who can close.

  • High Performance Splits: Earn premium commission rates on deals you source and list.
  • Supported Splits: Competitive commission rates on deals closed from Flippa-provided leads.
  • Zero Overhead: Use our brand, our tech stack, and our legal frameworks to run your business.
