• As part of a smaller project team, you will mainly support a client account where we manage their yearly around 200 VIP events in the category’s art, sport, celebrity, gourmet
• Collaborate with different stakeholders on client side as well as internally and with third parties & freelancers
• Attendee Management & event communication interface for app & newsletters
• Coordinate branding materials and storage
• Manage and monitor timelines and budgets precisely
• Briefing of suppliers and onsite management for some of the events
• Lead end-to-end project delivery of small and medium size events, fostering new ideas and ensuring effective communication within the team and to the client
• Admin task such as filing in a meeting management tool & supporting the senior event management

• 3+ years of experience in a similar position at an event, marketing, or communications agency or on the corporate side
• Professional usage of MS Office tools
• Native‑level German, confident business English
• Project management skills, passion for detail, and excellent communication abilities
• Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects
• Empathy and ability to put yourself in clients' shoes
