SUPPLY Planning Specialist; m​/w​/d

Position: SUPPLY PLANNING SPECIALIST (m/w/d)
Location: Germany

** POSITION SUMMARY
** Reporting to the Senior Leader Supply Chain and integrated within the Production Execution Team at Almirall’s manufacturing site in Reinbek (RBK), the mission of this position is to ensure the on‑time and compliant supply of finished goods produced at the site. The role focuses on planning, monitoring, and optimizing end‑to‑end supply chain processes within a GMP-regulated production environment, ensuring that products are available at the right time, in the right quantity, location and specification, while balancing service level, inventory performance, and operational costs.
** CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
**** Supply & Inventory Planning
*** Develop and maintain monthly supply plans aligned with production needs.
* Anticipate stock risks (shortages, overstocks, obsolescence) and propose mitigation actions.
* Optimize inventory levels and minimize waste or expiry.
* Monitor shelf-life and usage of packaging materials.
* Track planned production orders and ensure adherence to the production schedule.
* Identify deviations, analyze root causes and propose corrective actions.
* Maintain planning parameters in SAP according to Almirall guidelines.
* Ensure effective communication with production, warehousing, quality and operations.###
** KPIs, Forecasting & Analytics
*** Monitor and report key supply chain KPIs.
* Detect and communicate deviations impacting the production plan.
* Use data and trends to drive continuous improvement.###
** Cross-functional Collaboration
*** Participate in IBP processes.
* Collaborate with Demand Planning, Operations, Quality and Procurement.
* Ensure smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders.###
** Compliance & Standards
*** Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP and all applicable regulations.
* Adhere to safety and environmental standards, reporting potential risks.
* Keep SAP master data accurate and up to date.##
** REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
*** University Degree in Industrial Engineering or a relevant discipline.
* At least 1-year experience in Supply Planning or Supply Chain Management in medium or large organizations.
* Previous experience working in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
* Experience using SAP and Office Suite tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).##
** PREFERRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
*** Advanced English;
German or Spanish language skills are a plus.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues, anticipate risks and propose solutions.
* Flexible, proactive and capable of working in a fast-paced production environment.
* Effective communication skills with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
