- Supporting department management and the team in organizational and operational tasks
- Creating and revising correspondence, presentation templates, and reports
- Preparation and follow-up of meetings, as well as scheduling and coordination
- Communication with auditors, committees, and management
- Planning and support for the annual audit, plus the associated tasks and of reporting and publication obligations (Federal Gazette; company register)
- Partial processing of projects and research work
- Credit card management as part of travel expense accounting
- Maintenance and editing of the intranet
- Successfully completed commercial training or several years of equivalent professional experience
- Further training as a business administrator and experience in business processes and procedures are advantageous.
- Many years of professional experience in the construction and real estate industry
- Good writing, PC, and software skills (Microsoft Office applications, SAP)
- Structured and independent way of working
- Strong team and customer orientation, skill in dealing with people
