Join the SCHURTER Product Management Team as Regional Product Manager and take charge of all aspects of our HMI product range. In this key role, you will oversee product range strategy, revenue, profitability, portfolio decisions, and Custom project roadmaps. • Drive product and business development strategy to meet revenue and margin targets
• Develop product roadmap aligned with business goals and market trends
• Collaborate with R&D and operations to decide on projects bid or no bid decisions.
• Manage product portfolio through its lifecycle, including rationalization
• Drive promotional and training activities to support the Global sales teams.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and support new business opportunities
• Monitor business plan progress and address any gaps
• Optimize product management processes
• Establishes and executes pricing policy
• Partner with stakeholders to enhance customer responsiveness and accountability

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent
• Several years of experience in strategic product management and Custom project management
• Strong skills in analysis, planning, forecasting, strategic sourcing and budgeting
• Experience in managing customized project portfolios
• Excellent networker with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High commitment, ambition, and efficient, results-driven work style with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Fluent in English. German and Dutch also beneficial
• Role is based in Europe, with frequent travel to competence centers Germany, Netherlands and Czech Republic.
