Client Relationship Manager
We’re a fast-growing Marketing & Consulting Agency, we specialise in helping insulation companies dominate their local markets. We deliver a steady stream of qualified leads, but we know that leads only matter when campaigns are built, managed, and optimised with precision.
We’re looking for a Meta Account Manager who can step in and immediately manage a portfolio of lead generation clients. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love data-driven problem solving, and have excellent people skills, this is for you.
What You’ll Do:- Run Meta Ads campaigns from A–Z: build, launch, test, optimise, and scale lead generation ads for the insulation industry.
- Manage a portfolio of ~ 17 client accounts
, ensuring retention, satisfaction, and performance. - Communicate with clients regularly through weekly check-ins, campaign updates, and strategy calls.
- Generate clear monthly reports showcasing campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.
- Work with CRMs (e.g., Go High Level / GHL) to ensure leads are tracked, nurtured, and converted.
- Hands-on experience running Meta Ads (Lead Gen focus is a must).
- Proven ability to manage 10+ client accounts without dropping the ball.
- Strong grasp of CRM systems (bonus if you’ve worked with GHL).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - clients love working with you.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and build reports.
- Highly organised with sharp time-management skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and always looking to improve systems.
