Ein führendes Unternehmen in der Verbindungstechnik sucht einen HR-Generalisten in Friedrichsdorf. In dieser Rolle sind Sie die erste Anlaufstelle für rund 400 Arbeiter und gestalten aktiv HR-Prozesse mit. Sie pflegen Mitarbeiterstämme in SAP, unterstützen bei Vertragsmanagement und führen wichtige HR-Projekte durch.
Wir bieten Ihnen eine attraktive Vergütung, 30 Urlaubstage im Jahr und das Möglichkeit, bis zu einem Tag pro Woche im Homeoffice zu arbeiten. Ihre Deutschkenntnisse auf C2-Niveau und mehrjährige Erfahrung sind wertvoll in dieser Position.
