Fulfilling responsibilities. A team that inspires.

• Responsibility for day-to-day purchasing operations, including checking incoming master data (logistical data), invoices (goods, freight, and self-invoices), and relevant documents such as packing lists, LLE, and CoO
• Ensuring compliance with all purchasing and logistics specifications for the smooth handling of projects, including very close interfaces with goods receipt
• Close cooperation with other internal and external interfaces to meet defined targets and delivery dates
• Analysis of sources of error and sustainable optimization of processes based on operational findings from day-to-day business
• Active communication with all relevant stakeholders to support corporate goals
• Participation in the further development, standardization, and digitization of business processes in systems such as SAP, STEP, etc.
• Collaboration in strategic and operational projects, including requirements gathering, support for system conversions, test preparation and execution, training, and go-live support

• At least 5 years of professional experience in operational purchasing or master data management
• Very good user knowledge of Excel, SAP R/3, MS Teams, and Power Point
• Strong understanding of processes and experience working with key figures, enjoyment of data accuracy and numbers
• Business fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Assertiveness, initiative, motivation, and the ability to think beyond your own area of responsibility
• Team-oriented approach to work, excellent communication skills, and willingness to find solutions both internally and externally Negotiation skills
