Sales / Product Manager – Energy Services

Our client is an innovative energy services organization working closely with utilities on energy procurement, portfolio management, and digital solutions. Their focus lies on supporting utilities through the energy transition by combining market expertise, operational services, and forward-looking business models.

We are currently looking for a Sales / Product Manager for Energy-Related Services
. In this role, you will work at the intersection of market, product, and customer
, driving sales activities while further developing service offerings for municipal utilities in a rapidly changing energy landscape.

• Acquire and manage B2B customers in the field of energy-related services (e.g., balancing group and forecasting services, procurement and portfolio management, direct marketing of renewable energy).
• Build, maintain, and strategically develop a strong customer network within the municipal utility sector.
• Identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions in close collaboration with internal specialist teams.
• Coordinate offers and complex sales projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor market and competitive developments and contribute ideas for new products and business models.

• Solid knowledge of the energy market and the municipal utility environment
  , ideally with experience in energy-related services such as portfolio management or energy procurement.
• Proven experience in sales or key account management
  , preferably in a B2B context.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and sustain long-term professional relationships.
• Structured, independent working style and the ability to manage complex processes with multiple stakeholders.
