About the role
As an Entrepreneur in Residence (f/m/d) at Everphone, you will work directly with our Founder and CEO and gain unique insights into the mindset, decision-making logic, and day-to-day operations of a scale-up company. You will be part of the next growth phase – from optimizing internal processes to driving strategic direction and transforming the business towards greater efficiency and profitability.

What you'll do- Holistic process analysis & optimization:
Capture the status quo, conduct as-is/to-be analyses, identify inefficiencies, and design future-oriented process models. - AI-driven transformation:
Conceptualize and implement low-/no-code AI solutions (e.g. agents, automations, workflows) to digitize, scale, and sustainably increase efficiency. - Change management & execution:
Steer transformation projects including stakeholder alignment, communication, training, and success monitoring. - Strategic contributions:
Build business cases, prioritize initiatives based on impact and risk, and work closely with the C-level to shape strategic direction. - Generalist deployment:
Take ownership of cross-functional projects or assume temporary leadership responsibility (e.g. as interim team lead) when required by the business. - Sparring partner at eye level:
Support the CEO and executives in decision-making through sharp analyses, decision memos, and actionable recommendations. - Fostering organizational learning:
Document learnings, build best-practice playbooks, establish KPIs, and continuously optimize along the scale-up journey.
