We are seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to manage Subscriptions (non-IT) and support other indirect procurement categories. This role is critical for ensuring timely contract renewals, driving sourcing excellence, and maintaining compliance with procurement policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage contract life cycles: renewals, amendments, and terminations for subscription services.
  • Drive sourcing activities across multiple categories using RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs.
  • Execute data-driven negotiation strategies and evaluate supplier risks.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to align requirements and KPIs.
  • Conduct market research and supplier benchmarking for strategic decisions.
  • Develop cost models, perform spend analysis, and identify cost optimization opportunities.
  • Support SOX compliance and assist with audits.
  • Utilize Oracle Fusion for P2P processes and resolve invoice issues.
  • Lead continuous process improvements using automation and new technologies.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in procurement, sourcing, or contract management.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
