Our services and managed products are a core part of our lineup and play a key role in making complex technologies simple, efficient, and reliable for our customers. We want to further develop the market strategy for this set of products, launch new services, and continue to optimize existing solutions; therefore, we are looking for a dedicated Product Manager who has strong technical expertise, an understanding of market, and the ability to see things from the customer’s point of view.

• Develop and take ownership of the product strategy, make use of market analyses, and align the product strategy with the company’s overall goals
• Build a deep understanding of customers and the market, including conducting customer interviews and attending trade fairs
• Set and communicate product roadmaps, including defining priorities
• Take responsibility for the launch of new product components and their success on the market
• Measure overall product success, provide company-wide reporting, and coordinate necessary adjustments

• Experience in product management
• Strong technical knowledge of web-based software solutions and managed services
• Analytical, structured, and strategic mindset
• Independent, pragmatic, and solution-oriented work style
• Excellent communication skills when working with stakeholders
• Good command of both German and English
