Maersk is looking for ambitious graduates to join our Contract Logistics Management Graduate Programme – a two-year journey designed to develop future leaders in supply chain and logistics.

We are seeking enthusiastic and talented individuals to join our team and embark on an exciting journey of professional growth and development.

Warehouse and Contract Logistics

In our Warehouse and Contract Logistics pathway, you will immerse yourself in the core operations of supply chain management, focusing on optimizing storage, distribution, and contract logistics solutions. You’ll gain hands‑on experience managing warehouse operations, streamlining processes, and ensuring seamless integration of logistics services that meet our clients' needs. With guidance from industry leaders and real‑world challenges, you’ll play a vital role in driving operational excellence and innovation in logistics management.

You will shadow our First Line Managers and Shift Managers, therefore you will follow a rotating shift pattern, and be fully immersed in the day to day running of the warehouse.

2 x 12‑month placements

Locations: 1 role in Bremerhaven & 1 Role is Philipsburg

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes
  • Right to work and live in Germany indefinitely is crucial. No Sponsorship is available.
  • A recent graduate (or soon‑to‑be) with a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related fields
    .
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Highly organised, strategic thinker.
  • Resilient and comfortable with change
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluent in German and English, written and Oral, is essential
  • General Work Experience – Voluntary or Social engagement
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Next Steps
  • The closing date for applications is the 07 Feb 2026
  • If successful you will be invited to an Assessment Centre, which will be held at our site at Bremerhaven or Duisburg site, these will be taking place in March. We will provide you with full detail in advance of what to expect on the day.
  • The final stage of our process will be an interview with our Leadership team.
  • Successful Graduates will be offered positions in March/April 2026
  • Graduate Programme will then commence in September 2026
