Distribution Center Associate to join our team in Union, OH. Daytime Shift: 9 AM‑6 PM.

The Distribution Center Associate reports to the Distribution Center Manager and is responsible for completing day‑to‑day operational functions of stock control, receipt, storage, and retrieval of product, helping to ensure timely and accurate shipment to IPS customers. The DC Associate works under the DC Manager’s administration and completes all assigned duties efficiently and accurately.

• 2+ years of warehouse/production experience.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Experience loading and unloading trailers, processing orders, and meeting productivity goals.
• Must have forklift and RF scanner experience.
• Safety shoes required.
