** What you’ll do
** The Business Development Executive role is an exciting opportunity to join Vodafone Three in our Inside Sales Team.

The role holder will work to acquire new business in our mid-market business category – these are businesses with 10-250 employees and you’ll manage a territory with 400-600 target organisations, actively prospecting to grow pipeline and expand Vodafone Business’ presence in the market.

The role holder will engage new logo organisations, identifying the business challenges faced by those prospect customers and will disrupt our competitors by leveraging the Vodafone business leading portfolio. This includes Mobility, Connectivity, Cloud, Hosting, Security, Unified Communications & Internet Of Things, all of can deliver business outcomes that help these organisations meet their own goals. In doing so, this in turn grows our business revenues via these organisations joining Vodafone as new customers.

Key accountabilities include:
* Proactively generate new business opportunities and meet our sales charter KPIs — create the activity, customer engagement and pipeline required to maintain 3x+ target cover (or equivalent to your personal conversion ratio).
