• Ensure the role development process for SAP systems aligns with Bosch’s global standards.
• Monitor SAP projects and take ownership of all authorization‑related topics.
• Act as a key interface between user departments, project teams, and role development units.
• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders across the globe.
• Support critical project phases including cutover, migration, go‑live, and hypercare.
• Provide technical consulting and support to SAP users facing authorization challenges.

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in (Business) Informatics or a related field.
• Experience:
  • Solid understanding of SAP R/3, SAP S/4
    
    HANA and Fiori functional aspects.
  • Proven experience in SAP authorization management and implementing authorization concepts.
• Knowledge:
  • Strong cross‑module knowledge and ability to navigate complex SAP environments.
  • Familiarity with global project coordination and stakeholder management.
• Languages:
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
• Personality:
  • Independent, structured, and customer‑focused approach.
  • Able to work effectively under time pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Team‑oriented mindset and openness to multicultural collaboration.
  • Adaptable to change and fast‑paced environments.
  • Clear communicator with a proactive attitude.
