Kpler are looking for an analyst to focus on fundamental supply and demand research for biofuels and feed stocks, contributing towards Kpler’s S&D product. You will be working with a team of experienced analysts and build an understanding of physical commodities markets and trading. Your contributions will establish our balances as a reference in the market, empowering clients to navigate complex dynamics and seize opportunities with confidence.

You will be empowered to grow and create your own space in commodities research by delivering insights and servicing clients based on your analyses.

• Work with the wider Insight team on biofuels supply/demand and pricing forecast models.
• Collect and organize data from diverse sources promptly to maintain and expand our global supply and demand balances, ensuring accuracy and comprehensiveness.
• Identify, research, and communicate key developments in the biofuels markets for Kpler’s Insight client base.
• Through such insights, and using Kpler’s proprietary information, work closely with the global sales and marketing teams to demonstrate the value of Kpler’s solutions to the industry.
• Deliver compelling, timely market reports on a defined schedule, ensuring maximum clarity and leveraging content to proactively promote Kpler's core research and solutions.
• Promote research and materials produced within Kpler across all external stakeholders, building relationships with both the mainstream and specialist media.
• Engage with clients and prospective clients through research presentations on Insight’s latest forecasts.
• Produce company webinars as well as participate in external webinars and conferences.
• Collaborate with the product and technical teams to further develop our portfolio of client offerings.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in research and analytics in Grains, Oilseeds, or Vegoils markets.
• Proven experience in building and maintaining fundamental models for supply, demand, and price forecasting.
• Strong understanding of interconnected commodity markets and how macroeconomic factors influence pricing dynamics within the Ags sector.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify meaningful patterns, trends, and relationships across commodity data.
• Knowledge of derivatives and their application in commodity risk management and hedging.
• Advanced Excel skills for complex modeling, data manipulation, and scenario analysis.
• Ability to simplify complex data and concepts for diverse audiences, including clients and engineers.
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, international, and cross‑cultural environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Passion for learning and staying current with industry trends, technological advancements, and innovative analytical techniques.
• Excellent English communication skills.

• Knowledge of biofuels would be a plus.
• Previous experience in international or fast‑paced environments.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python or VBA.
