Business Development Representative – DACH

Join Hub Spot’s remote‑based team in Germany or a flexible office in Berlin. We leverage Hub Spot‑Leads to connect with prospects through calls, emails, and social media messaging, uncovering challenges and partnering to showcase Hub Spot as the solution.

• High‑volume outbound activities to acquire and qualify new customers.
• Collaborate closely with 2–3 Account Executives to develop and execute customer acquisition strategies.
• Plan online product demonstrations for qualified leads while ensuring monthly targets are met.
• Understand customer needs and challenges using selling methods such as the BANT methodology.
• Conduct market research to expand Hub Spot’s customer base.

• Passion for technology and sales.
• Experience in sales or customer acquisition in a growth‑scale environment is a plus.
• Fluent German and English.
• Sharp and goal‑oriented focus with a compelling, stringent approach to target attainment.
• Ability to handle objections and coach effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management.
• Drive to help companies grow and interest in the technology sector.
