Proposal Coordinator

Overview:
We are seeking a Business Development Proposal Coordinator to help secure AI, BI, and data science projects by preparing high-quality proposals and responses to RFPs. This part-time role offers the opportunity to gain experience in business development and proposal writing while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proposal development: Draft, edit, and format proposals for AI, BI, and data science projects.
• RFP response management: Review RFPs to ensure accurate and compliant responses.
• Collaboration: Work with AI engineers, data scientists, and business teams to gather project details.
• Opportunity research: Identify new RFPs, grants, and business opportunities.
• Content management: Maintain a repository of templates and past proposals for reuse.
• Proposal submission: Ensure all proposals are submitted on time and meet requirements.
• Process improvement: Provide feedback to streamline the proposal process.

Qualifications:

• Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with RFP processes and proposal compliance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of AI, data science, or BI concepts (preferred but not required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
