Responsibilities
- Business Management
- a. Leads the management of the company's portfolio for products and identifies emerging opportunities.
- b. Seeks opportunities to optimize gross margin.
- c. Collaborates with medical and sales teams to align the retail products with current industry standards and market demands.
- d. Ensures the achievement of the monthly and annual forecasts of ZO products and advises regional Principals on any changes.
- Innovation Pipeline
- a. Conduct high-level industry and market research to identify emerging trends, new technologies, and untapped consumer needs.
- b. Lead the innovation pipeline for products by evaluating new business ideas and solutions.
- c. Drive competitive edge in product communications.
- Pricing and Promotions
- a. Continuously monitor competitor pricing and market dynamics to ensure the company's prices for retail products remain competitive while maximizing profitability.
- b. Work with the finance and sales teams to analyze revenue and program mechanics, and make adjustments as needed. This includes managing discounts, promotions, and special pricing agreements for products.
- Customer Management
- a. Manages relationships with key vendors, distributors, and external partners.
- b. Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive execution of relevant programs.
- c. Perform other duties as may be assigned.
- Education: Graduate of a 4-year college course in Marketing, Management, or other related courses.
- Experience: At least 5 years of work experience, and at least 50% of the work experience includes project management and/or product marketing.
- Capabilities: Ability to execute growth strategies that align with financial targets while prioritizing customer satisfaction. Can manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to market launch, by fostering strong collaboration across cross-functional teams. Excels at building and managing client relationships and has the financial acumen to track performance and manage profitability.
- Industry Preference: Preferably with FMCG or E-Commerce industry experience.
