Our Leadership Development Program is a two-year career accelerator designed to sharpen your technical skills and provide exposure to all facets of our business. It offers high-impact business challenges, mentoring, learning events, and personal development planning to position you as a successful leader within an organization that drives the company’s success.
Responsibilities- Data analysis and reporting design to drive a customer-focused business strategy
- Ensure network resiliency in the supply chain during product transfers between manufacturing sites
- SAP implementation in areas such as production planning, inventory, customer service, and logistics
- Analyze raw materials and finished goods to determine optimum inventory levels to satisfy service targets and balance working capital allocations

- Highly motivated, results-oriented with a passion for strengthening operational, strategic thinking and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Data Management, or related field from an accredited university. Masters and/or professional certifications in supply chain management (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSPC, CLTD, CTSC) are a plus
- Minimum of one internship or CO-OP providing practical experience in strategic marketing or market development (two or more preferred)
- Minimum 3.2 GPA
- Geographic mobility during the program, including relocation within the U.S. based on assignment location and travel internationally
- Permanent work authorization in the United States
