JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to grow our Health Care vertical in Central Europe. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, and driving commercial success in a complex, trust-based logistics environment. This role requires strong sales acumen, solution-oriented thinking, and the ability to build senior-level relationships.

• Drive new business and support renewals in the Health Care sector.
• Build and maintain senior-level customer relationships.
• Lead RFQs, contract negotiations, and commercial strategy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across regions and departments.
• Maintain a strong pipeline and exceed sales targets.

• 3+ years in Contract Logistics, ideally with Health Care experience.
• Proven track record in value-based selling.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Fluent in German and English; willing to travel 30–60%.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

The role can be based in different countries across Europe and also has a lot of travel requests.
