As a Mobile Tire Technician, you are on the move, utilizing innovative mobile e-commerce technology, and fulfilling customers  tire needs. You will operate one of our cutting-edge vans serving customers at their homes and places of work. You will engage with customers, answer tire questions, and, with no prior experience installing tires, you will be trained to become part of our team as the driving force behind the most innovative way to buy tires.

• Perform basic tire services (e.g., mounting and balancing tires, tire repairs) using a Roll by Goodyear mobile van to provide a convenient experience.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by answering questions, explaining the installation process, and understanding the customer s needs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products and services including warranties, promotions, and advertisements.
• Work as part of the Roll by Goodyear team with the store network and customer service.
• Travel on your route, safely driving the van between appointments and representing Roll by Goodyear.
• Conduct proper safety checks when installing tires.
• Perform a variety of manual tasks, including light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, and squatting.
• Travel to other cities outside of your home market to train others or receive additional training on new technology and techniques (where applicable).

• Previous customer service experience is required.
• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• A valid driver s license and safe driving record.
• No relocation is being offered for this position.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

• Previous tire installation experience (if not, we are happy to train you).
• High school diploma/GED.

• You enjoy serving customers and can provide top-of-the-line service in any scenario.
• Ability to work independently, follow schedules, and solve problems while being part of a larger Roll by Goodyear team.
• Be a clear communicator with others, making every interaction with customers approachable, simple and informative.
• You enjoy working with technology, including mobile phone applications and van tire changing equipment.
• You are excellent at managing your time, but flexible as schedules may vary.
• This position requires the ability to read, understand, and follow all procedures and guidelines.
• Depending on location, the business may be open 7 days a week, which can include some weekends and holiday shifts.
