Responsibilities- Input and update data in the company databases accurately
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical records
- Assist in data analysis and reporting as required
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data management processes
- Respond to data inquiries and provide necessary information
- Participate in training sessions to improve data handling skills
- Support various departments with administrative tasks related to data
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Familiarity with data entry software is a plus
