Store Admin Assistant
5.5 days work week
Monday – Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm;
Saturday: 8.30am – 12pm

$ 1,800 – $ 3,000 (Depending on experience)
Industry: Mechanical Engineering / Semiconductor
Responsibilities- Provide daily administrative support.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, filingand reports.
- Handle office supply procurement and inventory control.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Liaise with vendors, clients and internal departments.
- Support daily operations to ensure smooth workflow at warehouse.
- Coordinate and arrange logistics such as air and sea shipments.
- Attend weekly site meetings and take minutes of meeting.
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent;
Diploma preferred. - At least 1 year of administrative experience (Preferably in construction or engineering industry).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
