About The Role

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and people focused Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure our workplace runs smoothly. This role is essential to creating a positive, efficient environment where employees can thrive. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily office operations to maintain an efficient and professional work environment
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and relationship with vendors and building management
  • Greet and assist visitors, employees, and new hires
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, internal communications, and office events
  • Support administrative functions such as filing, document management, and correspondence
  • Assist with onboarding tasks including workstation setup and orientation support
  • Help with basic finance/HR activities such as invoice processing, expense reports, or employee document support (varies by company)
  • Monitor office layout, facilities needs, and ensure safety compliance
  • Identify opportunities to improve office processes and support organizational efficiency
