About The Role
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and people focused Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure our workplace runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily office operations to maintain an efficient and professional work environment
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and relationship with vendors and building management
- Greet and assist visitors, employees, and new hires
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, internal communications, and office events
- Support administrative functions such as filing, document management, and correspondence
- Assist with onboarding tasks including workstation setup and orientation support
- Help with basic finance/HR activities such as invoice processing, expense reports, or employee document support (varies by company)
- Monitor office layout, facilities needs, and ensure safety compliance
- Identify opportunities to improve office processes and support organizational efficiency
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and standard office softwareli
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fastpaced environment
- Professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in office management or administrative support
- Familiarity with HR or accounting processes is a plus
