Arcadia Local School District is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable EMIS Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to support district operations through accurate data reporting, organization, and administrative support. This role is essential to ensuring compliance, efficiency, and informed decision-making across the district.

What You'll Do:
Coordinate the collection and reporting of district data to meet state and federal requirements.
Prepare accurate and timely EMIS reports and maintain data integrity.
Serve as a resource for administrators and staff regarding data, reporting, and procedures.
Train and support staff involved in data collection and submission.
Maintain organized records, documentation, and compliance timelines.
Provide administrative and clerical support as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED required; experience in data processing, office management preferred.
Knowledge of EMIS systems and reporting requirements (CEP or MEP certification preferred).
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively.
