Covering a 3-month leave of absence for the admin supporting the Executive VP for Quality/Strategy Job Profile Summary
- Responsible for administrative duties in support of an assigned executive or senior leader.
- Organizes and prepares documents for executives, leadership, clients, and team meetings.
- Coordinates meetings and events for executives, leadership team members, board committees, and/or shareholders, as applicable, and assists with minutes for the meetings.
- Assists with managing the travel and expenses of executives, leaders and their teams. Evaluates the travel expenses of the leader’s teams as requested.
- Manages executive and other leader’s calendars and communications to ensure coordination between them and their customers.
- Assists in coordinating activities and maintaining financial and other business records which may include the company’s charitable giving programs. Manages the requisition and alignment of expenses to the appropriate budgets.
- May serve as the administrator of company credit cards.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma required with Associates Degree or Administration certification highly preferred
- 4 years related experience required; executive assistant background preferred. Fluency in English is preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and functions, with particular proficiency in Word, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint. Concur experience for booking travel
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to carry out detailed event planning
