Overview

The Senior Executive Assistant serves as a strategic partner to the CEO and CFO, ensuring their time, focus, and priorities are aligned with enterprise objectives. This role requires excellent judgment, discretion, and anticipation, along with the confidence to operate independently in a fast-paced, executive environment.

You will be a key integrator across senior leaders, Board members, aviation operations, and enterprise-wide initiatives, often acting as the first point of contact for the CEO and CFO offices.

This role is expected to be on-site at our corporate headquarters.

Executive & Enterprise Support
  • Provide proactive, high-level administrative support to the CEO and CFO, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, expense processing, and meeting preparation.
  • Serve as a trusted gatekeeper—screening, prioritizing, and resolving incoming requests to protect executive focus and time.
  • Anticipate shifting priorities driven by strategic initiatives, M&A activity, and external engagements, and adjust schedules accordingly.
  • Ensure executives are fully prepared with briefings, pre-reads, and meeting objectives.
Aviation, Travel & Executive Logistics
  • Act as the primary coordinator for corporate aviation scheduling requests, partnering closely with the CEO and internal aviation team.
  • Coordinate complex executive and Board travel, including multi-leg itineraries and last-minute changes.
  • Respond decisively to travel disruptions, resolving issues with minimal executive involvement while maintaining policy compliance.
Board of Directors & Governance Support
  • Serve as the primary administrative liaison for the Board of Directors.
  • Coordinate Board and committee meetings, including scheduling, logistics, agendas, meals, and off-site events.
  • Support preparation and distribution of Board materials and maintain professional, discreet communication with Board members.
Executive Meetings & Strategic Events
  • Coordinate Senior Leadership Team (SLT) meetings, Management Business Reviews (MBRs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and executive off-sites.
  • Ensure seamless execution of meeting logistics, technology, materials, and follow-up.
  • Track key action items and decisions to support accountability and execution.
Process Improvement & Collaboration
  • Identify opportunities to streamline executive support through automation, standardization, and effective use of Office 365 tools.
  • Collaborate closely with other Executive Assistants to align practices and provide backup support.
  • Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives; C-suite and Board exposure strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage highly confidential, time-sensitive information with sound judgment.
  • Advanced expertise in executive calendar management and complex scheduling.
  • Strong understanding of executive governance and enterprise meeting cadence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams).
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Confidence, executive presence, and the ability to influence without authority.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
Why You Will Love Working Here
  • Health, Dental, and Vision insurance that starts on your first day. Employer HSA contribution (up to $1,000/single or $2,000/family depending on plan type).
  • On-site Medical Center, Pharmacy, Barbershop, and fitness center.
  • 401(K) Match + Employer contribution.
  • Tuition assistance for continuing or career-related education.
