Office Manager (f/m/d) Your responsibilities:
  • Acting as our company’s heart, you ensure that our colleagues, business partners, and guests feel welcome
  • Therefore, you are their first point of contact and manage our reception area, our central telephone center and email inbox (in both German and English)
  • You independently handle all office management tasks, including ordering office supplies and consumables (e.g., milk, coffee, tea)
  • Furthermore, you are responsible for planning and coordinating internal meetings and company events, including providing basic hospitality support
  • You ensure smooth scheduling and business travel coordination as well as take on additional administrative duties for our management
  • Additionally, you contribute to further tasks and projects, such as onboarding new employees
Your profile:
  • After successfully completing your commercial education you gained practical experience in administration, reception or comparable
  • You work independently, reliably, in a structured manner, and with a proactive mindset
  • A strong service orientation and hands‑on mentality are key strengths of yours
  • You are confident in working with common MS Office applications
  • Furthermore, your friendly, open, and positive demeanor impresses both us as well as our business partners and guests
  • You stand out with your confident, target-group-oriented communication skills in both German and English (written and spoken)
