Department Overview
This dedicated sales team is responsible for selling the entire Motorola Solutions Product Portfolio to Defence, Public Safety and Commercial customers in Central Europe.

Job Description

Your role: As the Administration and Sales Support for Central Europe, you will play a crucial, dual-faceted role in ensuring the operational efficiency of the sales organization and providing essential support to the leadership team. You will be the central point of contact for administrative, operational, and sales support functions, driving organizational consistency and enabling the sales team to focus on strategic customer engagement.

As Administration and Sales Support you will be responsible for:

  • Administrative Support
  • Administrative Coordination:
    Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Central Europe Sales Organization, including (but not limited to) the organization of regular meetings/calls, memberships management, and coordination of local internal/external events in close collaboration with the event/marketing team.
  • Management Support:
    Proactively assist Central Europe leadership with day-to-day operational and administrative requirements.
  • New Joiner Facilitation:
    Work closely with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new team members, including the setup of all necessary accounts and Motorola tools, and coordination of essential training.
  • Sales & Business Support
  • Sales Administration:
    Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including assisting in coordinating with report generation and ensuring opportunity data is maintained in collaboration with Account Managers.
  • Business Reporting Assistance:
    Assist management with sales reporting and analysis, including contributions to weekly updates on key opportunities and additional reports as required.
  • Customer Data Management (CDM):
    Oversee the creation and modification of customer information across all internal systems, supporting the Sales team
  • Sales Support:
    Provide direct assistance with quotes, approvals, and general sales-related administrative tasks.
  • Office & Contractor Coordination
  • Facilities & Office Management:
    Serve as the single Point of Contact (POC) for our German office, specifically for Sales and client-related matters, as well as facilities-related queries and coordination.
  • Contractor & 3rd Party Management:
    Manage the administrative flow for contractors and external third parties, including the creation of internal Purchase Orders (POs), quotations, and payment processing.

Essential Experience & Qualifications

  • Professional

    Experience:

    Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in a related field such as Administrative and/or Sales Support
  • Reporting & Data

    Skills:

    Proven reporting capabilities and proficiency in using modern PC software (e.g., Google Workspace/Microsoft Office Suite) and internal tools to effectively manage business issues.
  • Operational Execution:
    Demonstrated high degree of execution ability.
  • Language Fluency:
    • Excellent command of English language, verbally and in writing.
    • Fluent German language skills are highly desirable.
