Responsibilities- Maintain general ledger accounts and assist with month-end close
- Perform account reconciliations and support financial reporting
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Support audits and prepare accounting schedules
- Collaborate with accounting team and operations staff
- 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or property management
- Knowledge of GAAP, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Proficiency with Excel; ERP system experience a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
