Accountant; m​/f​/d – Part-time

Your mission

• Support ongoing accounting tasks, including AR, AP, and general ledger
• Review and post invoices, receipts, and bank transactions in multiple currencies
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (HGB & IFRS)
• Reconcile accounts, manage dunning, and ensure accurate account maintenance
• Prepare VAT returns and financial/tax reports
• Collaborate closely with tax advisors and auditors
• Help with in-house payroll processing

• You have completed commercial training or hold a qualification as a tax clerk.
• You have solid knowledge of accounts payable and receivable booking.
• You confidently handle VAT matters and ensure correct postings.
• You are fluent in German and have good English skills.
• You are familiar with German tax law and payroll processes.
• You have a strong accounting foundation and experience with tools like DATEV, SAP, or Lexware.
• You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• You have a careful, structured, and reliable working style.
• You are a team player with strong communication skills and a high sense of personal responsibility.
